When I recieved the product, the box was all banged up and the seat had box cutter cuts in it, additionally two of the five legs had their end caps placed on the wrong side, leading to them needing to be taken off (damaging them) and placed on the correct end in order to be assembled. Additionally, the seat lacked any holes or other recepticles for attaching the leg rest to it whatso ever. The leg rest cusion also lacked any method of securing itself to the leg rest (That was once again un-able to be added to the chair) without a destructive edit.

I love this faux leather gaming chair. The chair looks very high end and the stitching detail looks like a luxury. Very comfortable, great quality, and assembled in about 20 minutes. Fabric is soft and durable.

This chair is comfortable and looks great. The ergonomic design provides good support for both PC work and gaming. It was also extremely easy to put together—I had it assembled in about 15 minutes using the instructions included. Overall, it is excellent value, though there's little room for improvement in cushioning or adjustability.

This is a beautiful office chair, it’s made for a big man. The seat is wide. The arms are comfortable and has lumbar support as well as a neck rest. It was fairly easy to put together. It’s very sturdy. I think it’s a very good purchase.

Great looking chair. Took about 30 minutes to put together. Showing you the entire chair put together and close up of the front and back. I got the brown colored and it has nice accents to make the style stand out. Really good quality and has a vibrating lumbar usb plug in which we will be using. Nice chair for my teen or for an adult. Good size and very comfortable.
