I received the file cabinet in good condition. It appears well made and sturdy. I only had to put on the wheels and handles. The two front wheels have a locking mechanism to prevent it from rolling.I was disappointed that the handles are only plastic. The bottom drawer has a bar that goes across the drawer to hold up file folders. The 2 other drawers are not very deep, they measure 12Wx15'L so they aren't too small. The cabinet can be locked. My only complaint is that I ordered the color Brown and received Walnut. While walnut is a shade of brown, it was not what I wanted. After I had already cut open the box it was too much trouble to try and exchange it. I would recommend this file cabinet.

Absolutely perfect for what I need in my office. It arrives fully assembled - you only have to screw in the drawer pulls and the wheels on the bottom (if you use the wheels at all). The box arrived heavily damaged on 3 sides, but it's so well packed that it still arrived without a scratch. I've added organization drawers to mine, and they fit inside perfectly.

Overall I like this filling cabinet. I wish it was just a little taller. But it gets the job done.

I wanted to like this product...I so need a good stylish file cabinet. The 5th wheel in front is great for stabilizing the unit. The 2 top drawers had potential to be useful. However, the bottom file portion of the cabinet only opened 1/2 of its depth. So, in actuality, there really is not much room to file files! The cabinet is uncommonly heavy! I used a small carpet to slide it into the correct room. The wheels did not roll well on carpeting. I was disappointed in the material used. I expected wood, but got wood product, which chips and dents easily. I returned this product, and am now wary of ordering 'wood' products from Wayfair.
