This chair is heavy duty and great for people that needs a very sturdy one. The metal legs are heavy and not easy to move or flip whenever someone gets up from their chair which i believe is a great addition. The mess is nice to have plus the headrests which is great after a long day with meetings. The overall quality and assembly is a perfect 5 for me. The seat is firm but comfortable enough. This chair is big which is really maie it a great purchase especially for people that are taller and bigger. I am happy with this purchase and much better than the older ones we have.

This office chair is exactly as it was described! The ergonomic features make it very comfortable. The back reclines, and that is the reason for the tall removable headrest. The office chair swivels and glides smoothly across the floor. The arms are also adjustable. It is a great chair for the value!

Selected this chair for my painting corner, needed something supportive, especially with lumbar support and this was a great choice! It took me about an hour by myself to put together once I got started. Seems to be very sturdy. Only wish so far is the seat itself I think could use a bit better support/cushion. What they provide seems stiff but will likely flatten quickly over time which is why only 4 starts.

The office chair arrived in a pretty heavy, bulky box. Packing up this box in my car was not easy since it was heavy and unwieldy. I took the chair to my office to assemble it there. The assembly was fairly simple except for the arms. The brackets mounted under the chair are not labeled so you know which side is to face up/down. I put the brackets on and then removed them and flipped them over. The armrests are pretty far apart and they wobble. I have tightened the arms over and over and yet they still wobble. Everything else about the chair is great.
