The massage element is completely separate and kind of awkward to use. But the chair itself is nice looking and comfortable. Its a little harder to put together than it needs to be -- you really have to yank on the plastic sometimes.

Nice chair

As the title states, this chair is incredibly comfortable. Love the ergonomic design as well as posture support. The massage pillow is an added bonus, and is actually not bad. The vibration changes patterns from time to time, which is good and not at a set constant vibration. The armrests and other plastic parts are decent, however can feel somewhat although not entirely flimsy at times depending on where you fluctuate and shift your weight on the chair. For me, it's very easy to fall asleep in in front of the PC, of which I have already done from time to time! Not a bad purchase at all and well worth the asking price. Highly recommend for those looking for a decent office/ desk/ PC chair at a decent price. Very happy with this purchase!

The build quality and materials are acceptable. It is light weight and extremely well priced. I am interested to see what the durability will be.
