One screw was placed in Base upon shipping that was had cross treaded and stripped out the screw and we had to have the retread the hold and replace the screw to secure it in place.

Nice chair, very comfortable. Only issue was all of the pieceshardware was shipped inside the back piece and the pressureweight of it all caused a hole to be worn into the material on the back. It is visible so not ideal.
