Worst and most uncomfortable chair ever experienced. Sends shooting pain up my back after 20 minutes.

I am an esthetician and this is the worst chair I've ever sat on. I tried to get used to it but it just can't, it is a very high chair so I changed the gas lift to shorter one and it was a little better but if you sit on longer periods of time (like an hour) then it gets so uncomfortable. It is impossible for me to work on this chair. I wish I had returned this rather than trying so much to get used to it

Takes getting used to but helps the back. I do have to take a break and stand for maybe 30 minutes. The adjustability helps.

only complaint is it doesn't adjust as low as i'd prefer

The design of the chair is working well for me. Be mindful there is not much cushioning on the seat and back.
