I like this filing cabinet. It's a good size for the stationery items and files that I need to keep, although I needed to carefully organize my things to get all of the stationery items to fit. I'm giving the filing cabinet four stars because the soldering on one side of the back was broken when I received it. I reported the problem to Wayfair, and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. What followed was several exchanges with the manufacturer, where they offered a discount if I repaired the problem myself. I give the manufacturer credit for their communications, for sending me an assembly guide and video on how to remove the drawers when I had trouble taking the filing cabinet apart, and for following up with me if I didn't answer them in a few days. However, I did get a bit annoyed with the several exchanges and because I didn't think that the filing cabinet could be repaired without soldering, which I couldn't do, so I thought that it needed to be replaced. They wanted me to put screws in to hold the back panel in place. I tried to put screws in, but I found that there were no holes in the metal. The manufacturer asked me to drill a hole but also said that they would understand if I couldn't or wouldn't drill holes. I tried, but I couldn't drill a hole in the metal, so I asked if the manufacturer could replace the filing cabinet, and they did. It took several exchanges, but I ended up getting a replacement filing cabinet, and I'm happy with it.

Absolutely love this file cabinet. Spacious yet small enough to fit under my new desk which allows more space. The filing cabinet is made of quality material. Matches my desk perfectly. Very easy to assemble. Extremely happy with my purchase.
