Extremely disappointing! First one arrived barely wrapped, literally looking like a crumpled tin can. Customer service was apologetic and promptly sent a replacement but it is only marginally better—it’s wonky, the top is noticeably concave, two of the “adjustable “ feet are nonfunctional, one is stuck, doesn’t unscrewmove to adjust, and the other was left uninstalled because bizarrely there is just no hole at all in the fourth corner to put it in, so I have one side sitting on cardboard shims to level it. The interior drawer sides that hold up the files were so bent it was nearly impossible to force the rails into usable position. So, why did I keep this waste of 400 I was out of town, when the second one arrived (it took three kind neighbors to wrestle it in for me, fair warning FedEx will just leave this 95lb behemoth on the sidewalk in front of your house without even ringing the bell, much less helping wrestle it in the door). I was away unexpectedly for six weeks, wasn’t home to deal with trying to complain a second time, it was so much later when I arrived home and saw it, I just gave up and kept it. I’m making do with it, but I wouldn’t advise anyone else buy it.
