The outer box had no damage at all. Attempted to pull it out of the box. Saw a piece of the particle board or what this is made of and looked to see where it went. Couldn't find it until it was flipped onto its side. The entire bottom of the lateral file is broken. Sending back!!

Just what I needed and worked well with the wood of my antique desk in my home office. Well made and all I had to do was attach the top that came in a separate box. It was a good purchase.
