Love the concept and quality. Only downside is that the shelves are held in by screws from the sides only, instead of clips or more confident support system, otherwise, love it

Looks cute and not too hard to build but low quality and not super functional for what I need. I thought it would be better. Doesn’t feel like it will hold much, especially the drawers. It seems like a couple reams of paper will break the drawers. Wish I would have went with something better quality. The cams aren’t staying tight and drawers are uneven. Some of that could be operator error but either way I would not recommend.

Horrible. Ordered two. Parts in each box were broken. They couldn't replace the parts but would have to send new units. Customer service was helpful but do not waste your time and money on these pieces.

Terrible experience. They sent me this without the instructions to put it together. I messaged them probably about six times before I finally got the right directions. It took about a week. The first directions they sent were similar, but not for this exact model. I followed the directions they initially sent, and it ended up damaging the drawers. A literal trash experience and piece of furniture. 

This is the perfect addition to my home office. The shelves do not take a binder size book, other than that it’s perfect. The packaging always surprises me, it looks beat up and I was sure the shelves were damaged, but not a scratch on it! Teenager assembled in about an hour.
