I had to return this product twice as I couldn't get the bottom drawer to open on the first one & couldn't get any of the 3 drawers to open on the 2nd replacement of the same cabinet. Wayfair was good to take back the product & refunded me in full (minus the shipping charge if there was any which I can't recall if I was charged a shipping or not to begin with).
