Classeur vertical mobile 2 tiroirs Amandah

The filing cabinet is as described and works fine. It has hidden wheels, which is a nice feature. I would like wheel locks, but I haven't found them yet. I should have looked before I loaded up the drawers. The drawers glide fairly smoothly. Overall a fine purchase.

In the photo online, it looks white. All of my other wayfair furniture is white, but this is grey and doesn't match. Very unhappy

I unfortunately cannot offer a fair rating of the product here. This seemed to be very securely packaged, so I was shocked to find that the item unfortunately arrived seriously damaged. I have not been able to get through to wayfair for 4 days (which is very unlike wayfair, but with Covid-19 that seems to be a new norm that we all have to face). I also tried emailing my issues and have not heard a response back. It is unfortunate that an item this price arrived so damaged. It appears to have been dropped at some point and is severely bent and dented. It also appears to be out of stock, which is unfortunate but I hope to be able to reach wayfair at some point to discuss options to rectify. **once I was able to reach wayfair, they offered to exchange the item or offer a refund. As always, wayfair provides excellent customer service, stands behind their sales and works with the customer to make the situation right.
