BUYER BEWARE: first, the white / grey edition of this DOES NOT HAVE the grey back wall as shown in the first photo, and the assembly instructions are VERY CHALLENGING - it's easy to put things together backwards. (I had purchased 2 of them to match in a home office setting. The lack of color accuracy wasn't discovered until the first unit was nearly fully assembled.) The second unit had 2 out of three boxes with significant damage. Getting resolution on this was a painful nearly 5 hour process over two full days (and they wanted me to wait ANOTHER two days) -- both with online chat and then eventually with a lovely phone agent who was very kind but whose "hands were tied" with the limited ways to solve the problem. I had to box up and mail back even the broken pieces of the 2nd unit. I eventually decided to KEEP the one that had already been partially-assembled (because they wanted me to disassemble THAT and send it back also, but the packing materials had already been recycled, so I had no way to re-pack it. And the labor to do that would have been even more good money thrown after bad.) Finally - the "retractable desk" option is a joke - the mechanism is so tight that you have to lay under the desk and kick the back wall to unlock it. I will throw it in the dumpster once I find a more suitable solution from a different company. ADVICE: This is a fiberboard and laminate piece - given the way these pieces are packed and shipped, I would say that the chances of this arriving un-damaged is very low. Adding insult to injury: the online price had been dropped by $380 before I even got assembly complete ... all in all: a pretty miserable experience, and I've learned an expensive lesson. Sigh!
