I've only had this chair for a few days, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.
One of the biggest selling points for me was the seat width. I have wider hips, and it's surprisingly difficult to find an office chair that feels spacious and comfortable. This chair gives me plenty of room without feeling oversized, and the cushioning is soft and supportive.
I work remotely most of the time, so comfort matters. The lumbar support feels great on my back, and I especially appreciate the high back and headrest, which provide good support for my neck and shoulders. The reclining feature and footrest are also nice touches that make it easy to get comfortable during long workdays.
The chair rolls well on hardwood floors and reasonably well on my thick carpet/rug. Any resistance I've noticed seems more related to the carpet than the chair itself.
My only concern so far is that after a couple of days of use, I noticed the chair back seems to lean slightly to the right and left when I lean while pushing back on the chair. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, if there's an issue with the chair itself or if it's the result of faulty assembly, so I'm keeping an eye on it. It's not enough to make me regret the purchase, but it did keep me from giving it five stars.
I also can't yet speak to the long-term durability of the material. It looks and feels nice, but time will tell how well it holds up with regular use.
Overall, this is a comfortable, supportive home office chair that does exactly what I need it to do. If you're looking for a roomy chair with good back support, a headrest, and a footrest, I think it's definitely worth considering.
