Great quality. I upgraded with the large castor wheels as well and I can use this chair for hours without discomfort.

The absolute worst chair imaginable. Waste of money! I’m not even close to the max weight limit and the metal bent! Don’t buy this chair!

Sadly, chair broke in 2 places after 3 months. No help from Wayfair because "after 60 days".

This chair is not real comfortable, Little cushion, and it broke in less than two years.

Online appearance and description a bit misleading. I'm 5'11 and 190. Chair a little small for me. Foot rest is more of back of calf rest (maybe any office chair with a built in foot rest has this same design). It reclines to a variety of angles and indicates this feature as the adjustable back angle. But main reason I bought it was it also says it tilts. It does not tilt. The word must be used for the recline feature. I guess I should look for the word 'rock' and not tilt. It was very easy to put together and should be easy to take apart and return. I'm already sitting back in my 15 year old swivel rocker that has softened and worn over the years, but feels much sturdier and solid than the new product. Disappointed, but par for the course today when we have to order online, making it hard to see and test something before we commit to it. I'll keep looking.
