Back rest is way too curvy, it's not possible to sit back without it digging into the shoulder blades

This chair is awesome! It has so many comfortable seating positions and it's actually made my teen daughter want to do her homework! It was a bit difficult for me to assemble myself but my handyman did it in under 30 min.

Decent chair however it can be painful to sit in for long periods of time - will need to get an ergonomic cushion for the seat.

Writing this review from the chair, which I only got yesterday (and which I am extremely happy with). The one odd thing about it is that the back rest bar seems to be much shorter than in the pictures. Instead of having, say, the 3-5 inches of space between the seat and the back rest, like you can see in the Wayfair photos, the backrest sits almost on top of the seat. I don't mind and it's still a comfortable chair at a great price, but it does mean that i can't sit backwards in it (with no clearance for the backrest and the seat, there's no room for my legs). Other than that, I cannot wait to start ripping at work in my home office.
