The chair is comfortable but there 2 bad design flaws. The armrests remain extremely wobbly even after bolts are tightened. The footrest that stores under the seat rattles away and slides freely back and forth. It doesn't lock in place. Not worth the money.

Updated Review: One of the wheels doesn't spin and stops me from easily being able to move around. When I try to push my chair back from my desk, it locks up and drags the wheel across the floor. Not sure if this is a defect or if the wheels are poorly made. This was a relatively easy chair to put together. I love the color and the fact that I can adjust the back and have that I have the option to kick up my feet when on long calls. I'm still getting used to the massage feature, but I find it to be more of a pulse to my lower back than a massage. The chair is more comfortable than I would have expected and find it to be a good buy for the price.

Nice chair. Assembly was fairly straight forward. The plastic cover over the leg connector is very thin and cheap. It doesn't fit with the nice quality of the rest of the chair. The chair is firm, but I believe with soften with a little break-in time. The footrest doesn't seem well supported and leans with the weight of my legs. Overall, I like the chair.
