Absolutely the best (office) chair I have ever owned. What an amazing heavy duty industrial chair!!!! If you are going to buy this PLEASE read-on, there are a couple of things you need to know when putting it together. The instructions aren’t that good. I added photos to back it up. I got this for my husband who is 6’5”. 1) The foot lever that connects to the center pump needs to be pounded on to the this attached latch using a rubber mallet. At first I thought I was going to have to request a new piece but am happy I didn’t give up. 2) Look at my photos because when you attach center piece (pump) to the base you need tp make sure the Foot Lever is straight. Because once you attach it you can’t move it to straighten it out. Only the chair itself will turn. 3) The screw that you have to use to hold the Foot Lever onto the latch (even though I had to hammer it on ) was threaded BACKWARDS. I was using my power drill to try and get it to grab but it wouldn’t. First it thought it was the wrong size so when I hit reverse it screwed in. I’m not making this up! If you can get past this the chair is wonderful and so worth the frustration! Comfortable, wide, reclines nicely, attractive has a foot rest, raises and lowers, can rotate. Update. I bought this chair a year ago. I’ve have had a lot of people come since who have seen it and straight up ask to buy it for me. NOPE not for sale!!

The chairs instructions were minimal ,my husband said the foot pedal that raise the chair didn’t work he had to file it down to work it’s a sturdy chair very comfortable . He had to make pieces fit that didn’t because he loves the chair . The company needs to be more mindful of the construction of the chair it’s a good product needs tweaking . Make the pieces so they will fit when being assembled .

The chair is very comfortable and will rise up and down for your convenience. The chair can be assembled in about 15 - 20 minutes. Also, the chair will swivel from left to right, while the headrest can be adjusted to the height of each user. It's a fun piece to have in your home or for a barbershop or salon.

This chair deserves its four stars. It is a fantastic chair, although the building process was not all that great. The instructions were very minimal. Be prepared to hammer things that should not need to be hammered, to drill holes in metal, and for screws to not fit. With a little time and effort I got it done but it was not easy. But look at the end result! Again, fantastic chair!
