The chair makes constant loud noises when massage option is turned on. This is defected

Great value for the money, showed up when they said it would, and very comfortable too!

It is not as comfortable as I was expecting, and it didn't reach max the height floor to the seat.

Chair is as advertised.. is what I'd like to say but this item is listed as having "Height Adjustable Armrests" and it simply does not, and while I can make it work it significantly impacts it's use in the intended space. In addition, the pneumatic cylinder is VERY and I mean VERY wobbly when extended to 90%+ of the max height. I will be trying to find a solution to stabilize the piston because I am satisfied with the appearance and height of the chair but I would strongly advise caution if you're considering purchasing this.

I took a chance and ordered this chair for my very particular (aka fussy) husband for his birthday. He likes to "test drive" new furniture especially when it's for him. Well, great news. He loves the chair. His words...it's comfortable, quiet, his last chair squeaked dreadfully, and the massage option is wonderful. Yup well worth the time needed to assemble it and with such fast delivery, I'm pleased to say he has it today for his birthday.
