The seat is very upright making it uncomfortable. The seat is hard and will not recline back far enough or as easily as it should. At its lowest seat setting it still is too high. It's awful. Wasted too much money on it to get something else very soon.

The delivery was so fast. My chair was packaged well! My boyfriend put my chair together for my job in a quick matter of time. I sat in it when it was finished. It is the best chair I have been looking for.. I¡¯m confident in this chair. I love the design and the EXTRA support in the padding throughout the whole chair. I can do a rock in my chair that is so comforting. If you need extra cushion for your long hours at home? Get this chair! I was not disappointed. I will be enjoying my chair for a long time. I am short waisted and I reviewed what I was looking at and the said height of the seat fit what I needed. But when I sit in it the padding on the seat goes down to far and I am not high enough to reach my desk. It was easy to put together for that it gets one star

Love this chair! Well priced for the quality. Packaged well and delivery excellent. Instructions easy to follow and make sure you follow them so bolts in the same plane receive equal attention to fasten equally. I put them together myself in less than 20 minutes. After using the chair for several days are a week, Chair is very comfortable. Over all, it was a great buy.
