Jackpot! My fiance is in love with this new chair. The back support and headrest have really made her happy. She works from home, so 8 to 10 hours a day in a chair can be hard and this new chair has made a difference

Not good. Snapped in two places within about 4 months. Entire back is snapped off now. Claiming the warranty is remarkably cumbersome. Absolutely do not recommend.
