Decent enough chair, with average comfort and build quality. The seat is a bit more stuff than I would have liked. Lumbar portion of backrest attempts to supply support, but is really too soft for it to truly support anything. The headrest is basically just a cover over a piece that is bolted into place that slips off constantly. The footrest is an ok addition that doesn't add a ton of value and strangely doesn't have a piece on the end of the supports to stop it from just coming all the way out and falling off when extended (I have tape wrapped around the edge of the supports to stop it before it does this). I can't say this is a great chair, but it isn't the worst chair I have ever sat in. The price point should be a bit cheaper though for what you get.

HUGE! and very comfortable. Leather is soft and feels so good. Head rest is in a perfect position. Would buy again!
