Purchased the product October 2024 and this is what it looks like today, August 2026. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. The heated and massaging feature still work up to date so good job on that!
