Love love love the chair. It is so comfortable. I ordered it to replace my husband’s office chair. I wanted to find him one with more support. The massage and heating elements are an added bonus. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice and comfortable executive chair. It wasn’t too difficult to put together. It is stylish and practical. This chair has a remote control for the heat and the massage I love that but I wish it was a little bit hotter. The massage is good., not like the the chairs at a nail salon but it works. I love the fabric which gives the chair extra warmth. Highly recommended!!

Very pleased with this purchase! The box was a bit heavy but not unmanageable when delivered. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. The chair has a heat and massage feature, with adjustable modes, intensity, and a timer, as well as a pocket to store the remote. There are 2 levers to adjust height and how much it reclines. I am 5’9” and am able to swing my feet without touching the floor at the highest height setting. Overall the chair is sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for a home office.

So far it has been comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. The massage function, while not the most amazing massage you'll ever have, is a welcome addition for the price point. I would suggest that when assembling, the bend in the bar that attaches the seat and back together should be put in such the back bends away from the seat. Other wise you will end up bent forward.
