Terrible Quality — Very Disappointig I’m extremely disappointed with this gaming chair. After only a few months of normal use, the cushion has completely lost its support and feels like there is barely any padding left. It’s extremely uncomfortable. What makes the experience even more frustrating is Wayfair’s solution. Instead of replacing the entire defective chair, they will only send one replacement part and expect the customer to replace it themselves. For a product that has clearly failed after just a few months, this is very disappointing. I expected much better quality and customer service.
