This chair is an absolute dream for comfort for a big or tall person. The seat is roomy and has great cushioning. The armrests lift if necessary. The back support is adjustable, but you must be tall to adjust the lumbar area. Otherwise, the adjustment will be in the mid-back region. I am very pleased with this office chair.

First off, this chair is absolutely huge. There is no locking mechanism to keep the chair in a tilted back position and the lumbar support piece in the back forces you to sit straight up and pushed forward so you can’t really even make use of all the extra seat room because the back of the chair pushes you forward. The seat cushion is comfortable but the back is so awkward even at the lowest lumbar setting it kind of makes it unusable. I am average sized but usually get the larger chairs to sit cross legged in and have never had one with this much back resistance.
