I’m still not sure how I feel about this one. It feels flimsy to me. The massager is a removable pillow that you have to plug into a USB port which I was not expecting. I don’t know what the alternative is, but it is not what I was expecting. The foot rest is a little difficult to pull in and out, and the adjustments for the recline and pneumatic seat raise and lower is not smooth in my opinion.

What a beautiful chair! It has the look I wanted. It is sturdy enough for my needs although I will probably remove the lumbar pillow. It is also a little too unstable with the foot rest up which is also something I wouldn’t likely use anyway. It was packaged well and seemed to arrive undamaged, until I unpacked it. Unfortunately, something has punctured the vinyl on the upper left, front side of the back prior to packaging. This was a “test” chair to see how the quality was and now I’m hesitant to order 3 more to complete a set.

I’m really happy with this chair! It was pretty easy to put together and feels sturdy once assembled. The seat is wider than most gaming chairs I’ve tried, which makes it much more comfortable when sitting for a long time. I really like the footrest and being able to recline when I want to relax, although feels flimsy not sure on the weight it can hold . The lumbar and neck pillows give good support too, the massage pillow is more of a buzzing than massaging, It looks great in person and honestly feels like a much more expensive chair for the price. My only grip would be the massager pillow and the foot rest but overall a great chair. My box did come with some damage have a few dings you can see in the pics

Pretty good chair especially for the price point! Love a few of the features the massage lumbar is a plus and the size for up to 400 lbs is also fantastic we have difficulty with that as our boys are rearing 300lbs now but spend a good amount of hours daily in their gaming chairs! This was an easy build no more than 30 minutes and directions easy to follow with pictures bad well I always find that helpful! Also nice that the arms to the chair lifts for easy slide in and out or to get chair all the way under desk!! The pink is true to color and stunning to look at! I gqve this a 4 out of 5 as I feel this is just a bit shaky and white have gone through many of these type of chairs that we will not know longevity or durability for about 6 months so I will update at that point but in my overall opinion this is a win win at the sale price for such an amazing chair under $50 mark!

Received this chair fairly quickly and the packaging was on good condition. The chair was easy to put togethet and the instruction were fairly simple and ready to read. The chair itself is quite comfortable and i especially speedboat the door rest for long sessions on the chair.
