Snapped at the base after less than a year of use

My sons and husband love it. It arrived quickly and the instructions were easy. It took about 30 minutes to put together with a power drill which you don’t need as everything comes with it. The only downside is the pillow came with a broken zipper as shown in the pictures. I stitched it and it works. I probably will call and report it as Wayfair is great at customer service. We really like this chair. I also use it and it’s very comfortable. I highly recommend this product.

This is a very nice gaming chair. Was easy to assemble even though the instructions were not clear on the size and lettering of the screws but was easy to figure out, so that’s why I deducted 1 star. The chair itself is very sturdy and well made.

My son loves this gaming chair. Likes the color and how comfy it is. The foot rest isnt all the great and moves easy. He would rather not use it because hes affraid it will break. Likes that it also reclines back.

I like the color options on this chair. I also like the fact that the chair has multiple options like the leg rest, the pillow for the back, and the tilt function. I also like how wide it is. It seems like it’s pretty good quality. I don’t, however, like that the arms slant downward and aren’t straight out. The box was also a bit damaged when I received it. I’ll try to update once I’m able to get better pictures and use it more.
