The shelves are adjustable to 30" which gives you options on what you store on each shelf. Helps with organizing and getting things off the floor. Holds 200 pounds per shelf. Very easy to assemble by one person. Rubber feet keeps the unit steady and in one place. I've since added a second unit I was so pleased with the first.

My small children have crawled on it while I wasn't looking, and there was no bending or breaking, so they seem really sturdy.
