Very comfirtable, but very weak and cheap construction. The fabric and wood feet are fine, but the actual chair/wood feels like it can break at any moment (especially the back). I don't recommend it for heavy persons. I doubt it's solid wood as advertised, but maybe it is just very cheap/weak wood. I kept it bevsuse it's cheap and comfortable enough to work in my master bedroom, where only I will carefully use it. I would not place this in a living room for all to use since it can easily fall apart.
