Couch comes in three pieces very easy setup just cut it out the plastic and let it expand takes about two days to get to its full size! Comes with two green pillows. The couch itself is firm but the chair is very much boneless and soft!

I would not recommend this exact one for a multifamily. This is very flimsy and it did not fall out firm enough for me and my family. I’m satisfactory. I’m gonna give it a one star
