My review is based on what this is and not what it is not. It is not a traditional wood framed sofa. It comes in two boxes and seems to be predominantly made of a foam material. It takes about a day to take its full shape. It does connect together so the two sides do not come apart. It feels very sturdy for an inexpensive option for our son’s tv area. Adults can actually sit on it, it’s reasonably deep and the cushions are comfortable. The fabric style is very forgiving for what we needed. It’s not our main family sofa but is a good fit for a hangout tv area. My son really likes it.
