We went to multiple local furniture stores looking for a reclining loveseat. Almost none of them offered one in white or light cream, which is what we needed to match our sofa. Although I had sworn never to order furniture online again after getting seating with zero padding in the past, Wayfair offered the style, color and look we wanted, so we took a chance. We're super glad we did, because this one is comfortable and fits right in. We especially like all the storage in the arms and center console. We ended up choosing professional installation to bring it up the flight of stairs and put it together. The team was super fast, friendly and did a great job. It's always nice when the first thing they ask is whether they need to remove their shoes (though we didn't require it, the offer was much appreciated). We've had it a week and really love it. The only thing we wished it had is the extra piece that folds out when reclined so your feet don't hang off. We knew it didn't have it (and the price certainly doesn't reflect it), but it would have been a nice addition. In short - not only did we find the color the furniture stores couldn't provide - this one was less than half the cost of the ones in the store. Super happy with our choice!
