Ensemble de salle à manger 5 pièces

This is a tough one. I’m basing my 4-star review on the product not the process. I’d give the process 2 stars. While the table was shipped to me in brilliant packaging (the largest circular pieces of styrofoam you’ll ever see), and I assembled it in no time, the chairs were packed in a flimsy box that fell apart at some point in transit and was wrapped along the way in packing tape poorly, leaving a big hole through which the hardware (screws etc) fell out. While the manufacturer to their credit did send me replacement parts, it took weeks! The product itself only took a few days but the replacement parts apparently had to come all the way from China. It was very frustrating. Then when I finally got them I realized that the pre-drilled holes on the seat back of one chair was misaligned, but I just accepted it and only used 3 instead of 4 screws and it seems to be holding fine. Overall, it looks great and is what I wanted but that annoyance makes me remove one star.

This table is very nice and feels very sturdy. I absolutely love it! The materials are high quality, and it adds a nice modern touch to the room. It arrived well packaged with all parts clearly labeled. Assembly was very easy to install. I had it fully set up in just a few minutes without any hassle. This table will enhance your dining room. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the table and would definitely recommend it.

Difficult assembly !!!!! The back of the chair holes each striped and would not hold the screw in place and 3 of the 4 screw packages were incomplete or had incorrect parts. I managed to still put together but had to remove the washers to get the screws to hold place.

I’m not a fan. Looks a bit cheap and the chairs do not feel sturdy. More for a showroom than every day use.

Great setup, the table and chairs are exactly as pictured. Cushions are a soft suede like texture. Love it!
