The cream color is really gorgeous. The chenille is so soft, love it. This is a BIG, chair... more like a chair and a half. Deep enough to sit cross legged in! With the ottoman, it's gonna take up some space! So be careful to whip out your tape measure before ordering. I was a bit stunned at how large it is. My husband and I can BOTH sit in it, although it's a tight squeeze so we usually don't. The back cushion is comfy enough. The pillows are cute, but too small and oversuffed to be very practical. It's a FIRM sit. Almost "very firm," I'd say. Almost like how a futon feels, bit softer. I'm fine with that, but I do hope it softens up some. The seat is not reversible since the underside has velcro on it. There's lots of velcro going on with this chair, it's slipcovered, and the slipcover fits VERY well. A+ on that. My husband said it was a bit of a pain to put together, but I don't think it took him a super long time. I can't give 5 stars because the slipcover's wrinkles have NOT worked themselves out and it's now 14 days later. Easy fix with a steam iron I'm sure, so now I'll need to get a steam iron.
