UPDATE LESS THAN A YEAR LATER. This chair is falling apart. Ive managed to screw it back together and keep it that way with some loctite, but it leans to one side and clicks and clacks when you extend the footrest. The heat function is weak. And the whole thing tips over backwards at the slightest provocation. The torn seam I mentioned in my previous review is much bigger now, and its not alone.
Big bummer. Cant believe Im already shopping for a new chair. (

Okay. I love this chair. The color is a little soft for my tastes, but its just like the description and I knew that going in. The comfort is great, like floating on a cloud. I love that the arms are so low as to be non-existent, I got it for that reason so that its easier for my kid to snuggle with me on it.
However, in the reclined position, it tips over easily which isnt great. The massage function is more like a rumbly purr rather than the actual massaging heads you might think of, and the heat is negligible. I still turn them both on, hoping to trick my body into be relaxed by the thought of heat and massage, and the rumbly vibration does feel nice when my back is tight.
The real bummer though, is that a seam on the seat is already coming out. It started pulling about two days after I started using it, and now Im perpetually conscious of it, hoping to minimize further tearing. Im going to try to sew it, but the fabric itself is fraying, so Im not sure its going to do any good. -( Much bummer, very disappoint.
