While the seat's main cushion feels surprisingly firm, the surrounding elements are plush and exceptionally comfortable. To enhance the seating experience, I'm considering adding an extra cushion to soften the base padding and improve overall comfort. The ottoman is fantastic - plush and absolutely can serve as additional seating. The product overall is otherwise sturdy.
