La chaise d'été anglaise Croisette

I would not recommend this chair. When we took it out of the battered box it came in, the wooden arms were scraped up. The back of the chair was broken. The metal is so thin that it couldn't survive the shipping. Beautiful to look at but not to sit on due to the poor quality.

What a nifty chair! The chair is mixture of modern and mid-century. What attracts most people to it is its color. I personally like the string-laced sides. I haven’t sat in it much, but so far it’s soft and comfortable. I notice that it shifts slightly when I sit perhaps because the legs are metal.

This chair is gorgeous. I love the velvet cushions and mustard yellow color. The package arrived quickly and the chair was fully assembled. It’s a little large for the space I put it in so I might move it down the road but I’m very happy with this item.

The chair was delivered without covers. I reordered and the additional chair comes without covers again. I sent one chair back but reupholstered and kept one. I love the chair but beware.
