I bought 2 of these for my preteen girls. They love the style and especially the lights. I love the extra storage to hide their stuff.

Let me start with the good things about this bed. First of all, the manufacturer managed to pack this into two boxes without using a single piece of styrofoam! The instructions were fairly easy to follow, and the finished bed is very solid due to good engineering and lots of metal in the framework. The lights are pretty cool, and the bed looks really nice when it's all put together. Now for the bad things. This bed is being advertised as having "genuine leather" upholstery, but my bed arrived with faux leather instead. Not only that, the fake leather had two small tears in it that probably occurred at the factory. I contacted Wayfair about this and showed them pictures of my bed, but they only issued a credit to cover the damage. I paid about twice the price of a comparable bed only because I expected this one to be upholstered with "genuine leather". I am very disappointed with Wayfair for letting this false advertising happen, and it appears to be a big problem with most of the upholstered furniture on the website. I have learned to not shop for anything with "genuine leather" on it unless I can see it in real life first. And if other reviewers are saying that this particular bed has real leather on it, they are actually doing other shoppers a real disservice.

My son loves this bed. Looks good and stores a lot. I recommend having someone build it for you. Very hard to assemble
