The quality and the price do not line up. A lot of the metal pieces did not hold up well and the unit as a whole just feels flimsy (yes it’s assembled correctly). Icing on the cake is that ours arrived with a blood stain on it in the shape of someone’s finger print. Hope they’re ok!

I love it but I didn’t know it had to be attached to the wall so I can’t use it because I’m not a homeowner.

It serves its purpose. The directions are horrible.

Arrives in 3 boxes, about 20-50lbs each box. Very easy and quick clean up. This item does require it to be wall mounted. Very good quality and fairly easy to install. It's pricing is decent, but a little on the expensive side. Seems like it will hold up for years to come. I would recommend it.
