My preference is no star. Firstly, the stand arrived with a broken piece and lights not working. Abigail and Shaneika were wonderful customer service reps and helped to resolve the issue - initially. The kicker was receiving the email that the rescheduled technician appointment was canceled because Wayfair does not offer mounting as a service. Mind you, the technician would have mounted the stand the day he initially came had the piece not been broken and lights working. Why would you allow me to make and pay for an appointment if this is not a service offered? Why would I want a technician to assemble a floating tv stand but NOT mount it? Total waste of time and lack of transparency about services offered. Do. Better.

The LED Floating TV Stand took me nearly two hours to assemble, though the assembly process itself wasnt complicated. The instructions are included. The materials used in its construction are of good quality, and all the parts were present. The lights are perfect, and the colors are spectacular.

This TV stand is one of those pieces that just makes your space feel more put together without trying too hard. The design is clean and minimal, so it works with pretty much any style, and the low profile gives it that modern look without taking over the room. I really like the mix of open shelving and closed storage because it lets you hide the things you don’t want to see while still having space for decor, books, or electronics. The glass shelf in the middle adds a nice touch and makes it feel a little more elevated, not just basic furniture. It feels sturdy once assembled, and the size is great for larger TVs without looking bulky. If you’re trying to upgrade your living room or keep things organized without sacrificing style, this is a solid option.

Overall, this entertainment center looks good. I have a couple of grievances. The assembly instructions were lackluster at best. There were also a couple of nicks in the boards. I covered them with a furniture marker and it’s passable. I like the led lights but there isn’t a convenient place to put them. I installed them across the front but had to add additional clips to hold it up. The cord is now quite short to reach any plug. This is for my teen son’s room so it will absolutely serve its purpose.

It said 85inch tv but does not fit 85 inch . Total dimensions is about 72” , buy this only if your tv is less then 65” . Anything above that would not go. Also came with some damaged pieces, drawers did not align properly but could not return it as its regorous fitting
