Multiple broken parts, have been working with customer service for replacement parts but they keep canceling the shipment and I have to reorder.

The piece came already assembled, however the hinges inside the drawers were ripped out from the sides. So we spent probably 45 minutes trying to get the drawer back together. Very frustrating spending so much money on a piece with the promise of no assembly, only to have to reassemble. All of that said, the piece is beautiful. Very sturdy and the colors are a perfect match to the pictures.

Sin lugar a duda la volvería a ordenar. E s moderna, práctica, elegante y fácil de armar. Cuidadosamente empacadas y los colores hermosos, un gris bien claro y la parte de arriba no es naranja realmente es un marrón no tan intenso y los detalles de walnut maravilloso y elegante.

It looks nice but it came with one of the doors broken. I immediately reached out for a replacement and I haven’t received anything in two weeks. It keeps saying shipped with a delivery date that is long past. I’m super disappointed
