Multiple broken parts, have been working with customer service for replacement parts but they keep canceling the shipment and I have to reorder.

The piece came already assembled, however the hinges inside the drawers were ripped out from the sides. So we spent probably 45 minutes trying to get the drawer back together. Very frustrating spending so much money on a piece with the promise of no assembly, only to have to reassemble. All of that said, the piece is beautiful. Very sturdy and the colors are a perfect match to the pictures.

Sin lugar a duda la volvería a ordenar. E s moderna, práctica, elegante y fácil de armar. Cuidadosamente empacadas y los colores hermosos, un gris bien claro y la parte de arriba no es naranja realmente es un marrón no tan intenso y los detalles de walnut maravilloso y elegante.

Nice media center. Just as described. Gave a 4 star because I have a large covered walkway to my home and the Fex Ex agent left the box (110 lbs) on the driveway leaned against my gutter and garage door. Thankfully it did not rain.
