If I could give this product zero stars, I would. Even customer service advised me to mention in my review that the product cannot be assembled. The acrylic pieces seem well made and heavy-duty, but they do not fasten properly. As a result, they cannot secure the parts, making the tray useless. I also had to return the replacement because the hardware had the same problem.

Cute cart if I could get the screws tight. I'm not even sure if I put the screws on properly because there were no instructions! And make sure this cart is put together on a flat surface. I'm obviously using it, making it work. I don't roll it, I quickly use both hands to shift it when I need to. I love the acrylic style. It is not stable. It's not taught. It will sway, place your items to distribute weight. I will be going to the hardware store with one of the screws to find a double sided screw to where I I can finally secure the cart to where it can stand attention with nothing on it. If I had received instructions maybe, if the screws actually tighten ( only one did)...if only.
