Subject Defective Item – Order 4324-7870, 5569 – Immediate Assistance Hello, I am extremely frustrated with this order and the overall experience. After a long delay, the tabletop finally arrived today. I removed all parts from the packaging in order to assemble the table, but I immediately discovered that the item is defective. The screws do not align with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the tabletop—only one hole lines up correctly, while the others are completely off from the base ring. As a result, the table cannot be assembled or used at all. Additionally, the packaging arrived damaged, and after opening everything to assemble the table, it is no longer possible to repack the item in its original condition. At this point, I need a clear solution. Please advise • How do you intend to resolve this issue • Will you arrange for pickup of the item from my home at no cost to me • Or will you provide a replacement that is properly manufactured and functional I will not pay any return shipping fees, as this item is defective and unusable. I have photos showing the issue and can provide them immediately. Please respond as soon as possible with the next steps.

Excellent product sturdy and doesn’t look cheap. Be careful not to put too much weight on the table if you use it to help you get up. Being round it will tilt
