The stool arrived and was easy to assemble. There was one wheel that I still have not been able to get attached correctly as the hole and threads were faulty.

The item was much smaller than I thought it would be which is fine I can return it but I am not happy with the fact that Wayfair charges their customers for the returns. As a business who operates wholly online and does not have a brick and mortar location for us to shop at, I believe returns should be covered by the company. This has deterred me from shopping with Wayfair in the future.
