They are very easy to put together it took about an hour for all four. The most time consuming part was unwrapping each piece. Needless to say they were packed very well and free of damage and scratches . They are very aesthetically pleasing and work well at the kitchen breakfast bar. I did not give the all 5 stars because they are much lighter weight than I anticipated. But overall I am pleased with my purchase
