Before I purchased I read the reviews and was a little concerned about it arriving with broken pieces , fortunately it showed up on time and no damage, easy assembly and looks great , definitely need to anchor to wall .

It's a very nice piece and I would've given it a 5 but one piece was broken (easily replaced with a wonderful manufacturer), the 3 bins were not in the package and the instructions are not that easy to follow. Realy wood. Has the better furniture look - not particle board or flimsy at all.

The end result turned out very well, the original delivery contained a broken part, the bench top did not have corresponding holes for the dowels, I called Customer Service, who were very responsive got me in touch with the manufacturer who sent out replacement bench . This is not for the faint of heart to put together. It takes time and patience, but we did do it.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Wayfair refuses to refund my money or accept a return of the product. Before purchasing, I double-checked if returns were allowed in case I didnt like it, as I couldnt find any reviews. The item arrived with some broken pieces. I contacted Wayfair, sent pictures, but they said I have to resolve this issue with John Louis. This is unacceptable since I made the purchase through Wayfair. I am really frustrated.

I had your professional install. There were no instructions, and couple parts were broken. Some parts didnt fit properly. I helped and we made it work. I would never order from this company.
