Chair looks great, but came with some scuffsdamage on the fabric

I ordered this 34 inch wide chair in Olympus Ivory and you sent me a 64 inch settee. You failed to pick up the settee so I gave it away. I re-ordered the same chair, and you sent me the chair in Olympus Oatmeal, not the color I ordered. I gave that away as well when you failed to pick it up. Your Customer Service supervisor said I should not order this a third time since you likely would screw that order up as well. No wonder Wafair stock is down so much. I already sent you many pictures. Wayfair owes me an apology, not the poor service I received.
