I will say that assembly for this was really easy. Directions were great and nice to follow. I only gave it three stars because the back is pretty soft and sits low. I’m only five four and it hits me about mid back. I can’t imagine that would be comfortable if I had to sit in it all day. If I did, I would want something with a higher back. The bottom sit portion is nice and firm and support supports you well. It rolls along nicely on the floor.

Aesthetically this is a very pretty chair, but at the price point I was expecting it to be much more comfortable than it is. It’s pretty uncomfortable, the back hits too low and the seat is really stiff. Might be better with another cushion added. If you’re looking to a chair that’s cute I’d recommend, but if you’re wanting something comfortable I’d keep looking.

This ergonomic desk chair arrived quickly. The instructions were simple assembly took approximately twenty minutes for one person. So far, I’m loving the multiple back adjustments. My only complaint is that the headrest does not seem to attach in a permanent position—it seems as though it might slidegive way over time. In all, I’m very pleased with this seat.

Really nice office chair with good support. After switching to this a lot of my neck and back pain subsided. Some issues are the only reason I took a star off. Cons. - The arms do not adjust laterally and do not pivot. Unless you fill up the whole chair this means you can’t rest your forearms straight down when typing. You can only rest them if you lean your arms out. - The max height of the chair is relatively low. I have to sit on a cushion if I want my forearms at a 90deg angle with my desk - The instructions don’t make it clear which ways the arms should face when attaching to the seat bottom so I had to take them off and redo them. - The last assembly step to secure the back to the seat is pretty awful. The back attaches underneath the seat. So I had to set the seat upside down on a small filing cabinet, lower the back rest (also upside down) onto it, and keep things in place with my chest while screwing the two together. Pros. - The mesh fabric is just the right amount of tension. Just enough give and not too stiff. - The recline angle and support are also fantastic. - Attaching the back underneath the seat (though annoying) creates a lot of space and breeziness so you don’t get too hot - Headrest is super easy to attach. Not much benefit from tilting tho since it’s so minor and just pits your head at an awkward angle. - Great lumbar support. - Cushion is thick enough so I don’t feel like I’m sitting on a plank. - Kinda minor but the pink is a good non-Pepto color, more like strawberry milk. Nice contrast with the white and black of the underside and wheels
